Sales Representative (Telemarketing)

We’re looking for a driven and communicative Sales Representative to join our team! You’ll be responsible for prospecting for new leads, making outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a provided sales script to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Conduct effective cold calls to generate interest and schedule appointments.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales processes.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
  • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate over the phone.
  • A self-motivated and target-oriented individual with a hunger for success.
  • Proficiency in learning new technologies, specifically CRM software.

 

Bonus points for:

  • Previous sales experience (not mandatory).
  • A strong understanding of our industry (a plus).
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
