Informational content to an individual based on a prior relationship
The individual independently contacts or reaches out to business to schedule a service/appointment. During the appointment creation process we will make an attempt to notify the customer that they may receive appointment reminders, giving them a chance to opt-out if desired. On top of these messages being triggered by appointment creation, we will again attempt to get consent in the first message we send. We will then send the customer their appointment reminders, confirmations, and post appointment feedback request, while clearly pointing out that they can opt-out of these messages at any point and how to do so.
